INVESTMENT 1: Strategic Plan & Facilitation
A consultant will will work with from start to finish. They will start with interviews and surveys of your board and management team. Followed by a group strategy session, where they will facilitate guiding you through the process of clarifying your mandate, mission, and future goals. Next additional interviews may be held with stakeholders. Once we’ve gathered and amalgamated all the information from each brainstorm session, we will conduct another board session to isolate your main top goals. Your consultant will draft your 2-3 year strategic plan outline and implementation steps.
This service includes:
- Two (2) x three hour facilitated strategy sessions
- Three (3) x 60 min facilitated strategy sessions
- Leadership team and board surveys and interviews
- Stakeholder interviews (as needed)
- Amalgamation and summary of brainstorming sessions
- Creation of a Strategic Plan Document
- Creation of an organization strategy deck
